| Brytyjski pancernik HMS ROYAL OAK, storpedowany i zatopiony 14 października 1939 w bazie Royal Navy w Scapa Flow przez niemiecki okręt podwodny U-47 (dow. Gunter Prien). HMS ROYAL OAK, a REVENGE-class battleship of the British Royal Navy, was torpedoed and sunk by the German submarine U-47 (under the command of Gunther Prien) in Scapa Flow on 14 October 1939. She was the first battleship to be lost in the Second World War. |
